Given the recent significant upheaval in foreign assistance, Making Cents International has decided to suspend planning for the Global Youth Economic Opportunity (GYEO) Summit this year. For over 15 years, Making Cents has convened the Summit because of our belief that the meaningful participation of youth in the global economy is paramount to stability and prosperity around the world. As such, we will be devoting attention and efforts to the Alliance for International Youth Development (AIYD) and other advocacy platforms in order to promote the importance of youth development within the foreign assistance agenda. We look forward to reconnecting with you all and continuing this essential conversation in the future.
