It’s Not Too Late: Building Blocks for Intersectional Inclusion in Youth Economic Opportunities

Angela Betancur is a professional in Industrial Design and a Specialist in Cultural Management with a Master’s degree in Social Pedagogy. She has 12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring social projects with a gender approach. Her work includes participatory action research and community strengthening to promote the inclusion of victims of conflict, women, LGBTIQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, and ethnic communities from an intersectional perspective. Angela has also developed methodologies and tools to incorporate a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility approach into processes and procedures within both public and private sector organizations.
