James Odhiambo Ogutu serves as the Project Coordinator at Sustainable Rural Initiatives (SRI). Since joining in September 2018, he has been instrumental in establishing the Project Coordination Office. His role encompasses project initiation, proposal development, project management, reporting, and representation in project-related forums. James holds a BSc in Human Resource Management from Moi University and a Professional Certification in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Kenya Institute of Management. His expertise extends to ethical research conduct, data leadership, and child safeguarding. His work supports local youth-led and youth-serving organizations, aligning their strategies with community needs to attract both local and international support. As a policy advocate, he envisions a community where social inclusion is not just a norm but a mandatory trend, fostering holistic growth and development.
