Lauren Post Thomas is the senior advocacy officer for Refugees and Safe Water at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. She collaborates with partners to support displaced families and enhance water access in disadvantaged areas. Previously, Thomas was a senior advisor at USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, focusing on humanitarian policies and crisis response. She also directed humanitarian policy at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), advocating for effective aid and responses to displacement. Additionally, she led policy outreach for the global health team at the Center for Global Development. Thomas holds a master’s from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s from Bucknell University.
