Adriano Avila Reyes, 20, is from Guatemala. His journey through the Youth Ready project transformed his life, providing him with the tools and support to foster self-love and a sense of purpose. Adriano's active participation in the Youth Ready project and the Global Youth Alliance network equipped him with the necessary leadership skills. His dedication and involvement in impactful campaigns on reforestation, recycling, and climate change through the Global Youth Alliance led to his appointment as a Development Manager for World Vision Guatemala. In this role, he trains youth using the Youth Ready methodology, continuously inspiring and empowering young people in Guatemala.
