Ana Maria Peña originally from Chile, is a Senior Youth Economic Empowerment advisor at Plan International Netherlands with extensive experience as a program manager for multi-country projects focusing on skills development, youth economic empowerment, and green skills and jobs. She possesses over 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors. Ana Maria has served as an environmental advisor for private and governmental institutions, promoting engagement and awareness about environmental goals. Ana is the leader of the thematic area of green skills and jobs and successfully implemented the Green Entrepreneurship Pilot in Colombia and the Green Life Skills project with CINOP. With a strong background in green skills, Ana excels at sharing pragmatic insights and methodologies with diverse groups in a hands-on manner. Ana's leadership fosters a collaborative environment where innovative solutions are not only discussed but also put into action, driving meaningful change in youth empowerment and environmental sustainability efforts.
