Angela

Angela Barranco is the Executive Director for North America at Climate Group, leveraging over 20 years of experience in climate and energy policy. As a former Undersecretary of the California Natural Resources Agency and Chief Executive for River LA, she’s been at the forefront of environmental initiatives. Angela’s leadership at Climate Group is pivotal in forging cross-sector partnerships for impactful emissions reductions. A Columbia University alumna with a BA in Environmental & Conservation Biology, she resides in Washington, D.C. with her family.
