Ann Hershkowitz, a Youth and Workforce Development Advisor at USAID, has been actively involved in youth development initiatives. She contributed to the IDEJEN project, empowering young people outside the school environment. Ann co-authored guidelines for youth-inclusive market assessments. Her work focuses on enhancing youth employability, skills training, and education in crisis and conflict environments.
