Appiah Wiafe Adofo is an international development professional with 12 years of senior management experience in Education, TVET and Public Health programming. She specializes in project management, organizational stewardship, and teaching & training for start-ups, non-profits, INGOs and government agencies. She’s adept at developing learner-centric pedagogy and curriculum, and inclusive markets systems development. Appiah is the Project Director for the ACTIVATE project, implemented by WUSC in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, focused on enhancing youth employment in Ghana through the agricultural TVET sector. Until recently she was also the Project Director for INVEST, a Global Affairs Canada-funded program supporting the Ghana TVET sector to build sustainable economic pathways for marginalized young women in the trades.
