His top endeavors are to enable communities to take control of their development and overall well being through community led solutions. Arthur believes organizations can use evidence-based action and project management, the leading strategy of empowering communities and improving access to socioeconomic opportunities, contributing to good governance, ultimately improving the quality of life of their constituencies.
