Ashley

Ashley Allen is an experienced leader and executive, eager to help companies achieve their full climate and sustainability potential. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in both corporate and public sectors, including eight years in food and beverage. As the Chief Sustainability Officer at Oatly, the Swedish oat milk company, she built the sustainability department from the ground up, to a global network of more than 20 leading sustainability experts, and set the ESG and climate strategy to bring tangible value to Oatly’s customers. Before Oatly, Ashley led global climate and land programs for Mars, Inc., developing a global deforestation strategy, climate policy, TCFD-aligned resilience framework, and sustainable sourcing for cocoa. Ashley also has ten years of policy expertise at the U.S. Department of State, USAID and U.S. White House. She is a skilled public speaker, influencer, and facilitator.
