Aziza El

Aziza El Kolei has been a vital part of World Learning Algeria since 2014, progressing through various roles to her current position as Field Director. In this role, she oversees a diverse portfolio of projects and leads the design and implementation of curricula aimed at fostering student and teacher development. Driven by a deep commitment to youth empowerment, Aziza delivers impactful training, promotes civic engagement, and advances workforce development. An accomplished TESOL professional, Aziza’s journey in education began in 2011. Her expertise spans working with teachers across all age groups and proficiency levels, which eventually led her to become a licensed TESOL trainer of trainers with the SIT Graduate Institute. Aziza continues to support educators both in Algeria and internationally, fueling her passion for education and lifelong learning.
