Chandni

Chandni Mehta, who earned her PhD in Management (HR) from Banasthali Vidyapith, India, in 2019, has focused her research on the relevance of Vivekananda’s philosophy in contemporary management and educational practices. In her role as Training Lead at Aflatoun International, Chandni designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs, utilizing digital tools to augment the face-to-face training experience. She advocates for training as a comprehensive, endogenous process that develops capacities at the individual, organizational, and systemic levels. Her commitment extends to integrating essential elements such as gender-responsive pedagogy, climate change awareness, green skills, and training effectiveness into the programs. Additionally, Chandni has been instrumental in launching the AflaMaster Trainer Certification by Aflatoun International, which aims to empower trainers and facilitators with knowledge in financial literacy, assessments, youth and adolescence, and early childhood development. She has also actively participated in and led trainings that focus on the National Integration of Social and Financial Education components into national curricula, demonstrating her dedication to holistic educational development.
