Clodagh Byrne is the lead adviser for resilience at VSO International where she is responsible for climate resilience, adaptation, and mitigation related programming. Her areas of expertise include youth engagement in climate planning at local and national level, promoting climate adaptive livelihoods in the blue and green economy, and embedding environmental sustainability standards within programming approaches.
