Colton Hubbard is a youth and economic empowerment specialist with over 15 years of experience supporting youth development programming around the world. An experienced trainer and facilitator, he has technical expertise in youth employment and entrepreneurship, socio-emotional learning, market systems development, and positive youth development (PYD) methods and practice. A former Peace Corps volunteer, Colton holds degrees from Ithaca College and Cincinnati Conservatory, as well as a Master’s in Public Affairs from Indiana University. Currently, he leads Plan International – USA’s youth technical practice, providing guidance and oversight for the design, monitoring and implementation of Plan’s programs and activities serving girls, young women and youth, both in the US and abroad.
