Dr. Sharika Bhattacharya serves as Research, Evaluation, and Learning Technical Advisor at Making Cents International, and Lead Technical Advisor for YP2LE. In this role, she oversees research and evaluation activities under YP2LE, bringing her experience in youth development, education and economic mobility, and workforce development to her work. Prior to her role at Making Cents, Sharika served as a Technical Officer at ICF where she worked on a variety of research and evaluation projects for federal and state-level clients, as well as with foundations and non-profit organizations. Her work centered around educational outcomes and job readiness, socio-emotional outcomes, and financial empowerment, as well as strengthening evaluation capacity of organizations working with youth.
