Elizabeth Brown is a strategic leader with over fifteen years of experience in development, communications, and partnership building. As the Head of Partnerships at Building Markets, she spearheads global fundraising, strategic alliances, and organizational communications. Elizabeth’s expertise in revenue generation for diverse entities aligns with her passion for private sector engagement in Sustainable Development Goals. Her prior roles include structuring partnerships at the International Rescue Committee, focusing on supply chain and innovative funding. With a background in both private and non-profit sectors, Elizabeth has contributed to business development and communications at Devex, Atlantic Media, and the International Justice Mission. A Georgetown University alumna, she is also part of The Aspen Institute’s Society of Fellows. Elizabeth’s international experience covers Nairobi, Addis Ababa, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and she now calls New York City home.
