Esther Musa is the Director of the GIRL-H program at Mercy Corps, with prior roles including Africa Regional Program Advisor and Program Coordinator for the ENGINE program in Nigeria. She has extensive experience managing programs across multiple states and working with partners in government, the private sector, and communities to enhance opportunities for adolescent girls. Esther's focus areas include financial literacy, vocational training, and life skills development. She is committed to creating enabling environments that foster adolescent growth and has also managed USAID's Feed the Future Nigeria livelihood program. Esther is passionate about designing and leading youth programs in the Global South.
