Fatou Ba Ndiour, with a decade of experience in project management and team leadership in the non-profit sector, holds a Master’s in International Law from Sorbonne University and an MBA in Project Management. She has managed large-scale projects funded by the EU, AFD, Mastercard Foundation, and Global Affairs Canada. Currently serving as Program Director at Consortium Jeunesse Sénégal, she leads strategic planning, team mentoring, and grants management. Fatou has extensive experience in capacity-building projects for youth, designing and implementing programs that enhance employability and entrepreneurship skills. She is deeply committed to causes such as equal opportunities for women and youth empowerment, and she consistently fosters impactful projects and partnerships.
