Inna Lubynets is an experienced business development professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 12 years, particularly in cultivating Ukrainian entrepreneurial ecosystems. Her diverse background encompasses project management, education, and linguistics. Within Making Cents, Inna holds the role of Team Lead for the UNITY Activity, where she offers invaluable expertise by providing capacity strengthening and technical support. Her responsibilities include collaborating with local partners to foster youth workforce and entrepreneurship development, delivering business coaching, and establishing linkages to essential business development services. Outside of her professional endeavors, Inna enjoys engaging in tennis, expressing her creativity through oil painting, delving into psychology books, and exploring new sights.
