Strategies for Incentivizing the Private Sector in TVET Skills Development
Ms. Irina Tserodze is the Private Sector Engagement Lead for the Industry-le Skills Development Program. She engages directly with the Georgian businesses on skills, including a leadership role within the program’s Business Leader’s Council. Her proactive approach to private sector engagement has been crucial to the program’s success, working with businesses, business representatives, and skill development providers as equal partners in driving productivity and employment growth across the Republic of Georgia. Ms. Tserodze was previously the Head of the TVET Department for the Ministry of Education and Science Georgia and a member of the Board of Directors of the European Training Foundation (ETF).
