Jawol "Vera" Magan is the Director of YEFL-Ghana and Chairman of African Youth Panel (AYP). She has over 12 years of experience and contribution to youth development work at local, national and international levels. She is passionate about youth development issues in general but has a keen interest in youth leadership through giving youth the opportunity and platform to input into issues that concern them. Vera holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Development Management, a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Development Studies, and Diploma in Organizational Change Management- Denmark, 2014. Her key competencies are Organizational Change Management and Development Policy Engagement and Advocacy, Project Management Professional, and Strategic Planning and Communication for Change in Youth programming.
