Justin

Justin Larson is a Senior Manager for the Climate Change and Energy programs at Research Triangle International (RTI)- International Development Group. He is an Environmental and Energy Research Economist. He is currently the Technical Liaison for the USAID-funded Power Africa Empower East and Central Africa program, where he leads research activities, and provides analytical services to support program work. He has expertise in econometric modeling, particularly in estimation of treatment (policy) effects and policy evaluation, focusing on the electric power industry.
