Laura Willis is an international development professional who is passionate about co-creating opportunities for impact with multi-sectoral partners. In her career, she has worked to raise funds and structure partnership arrangements for a public-private product development partnership in the global vaccine development space, a multi-sectoral initiative to advance data and advocacy for gender equality, and for a shared value public-private partnership in the global worker wellness space. At Plan International USA, Laura is Sr. Director, Corporate & Foundation Partnerships. She leads a team that builds partnerships with US-based private sector entities on behalf of Plan’s more than 80 offices around the world. Plan International is an international humanitarian and development organization that partners with adolescent girls and their communities around the world to overcome oppression and gender inequality.
