Michelle Hassan is a passionate leader dedicated to building a thriving jobtech ecosystem in Africa. With a deep understanding of the African job market and the potential of technology to create positive change, Michelle spearheads the Alliance's efforts to accelerate jobtech startups, conduct research to inform the sector, and foster collaboration among key stakeholders like entrepreneurs, investors, and academicians. Before joining BFA, Michelle worked for DDD and was involved with a wide range of financial inclusion projects, including the implementation of the Kenyan financial diaries and the Tanzanian financial diaries.
