Prashant Pachisia oversees business innovations and serves as the primary think tank for 2COMS Group. Today 2COMS Group has 9,000 employees, manages 50,000+ apprentices, and trains and places about 21,000 candidates. A graduate of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, Prashant began his entrepreneurial journey with a franchise of Aptech Limited in 1993. In 1995, he founded Futurecom, and finally, in 1999, he established 2COMS Group. With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, Prashant is a veteran in skill development, human resources and workforce management innovation. As a serial entrepreneur, Prashant has made significant strides in various sectors, founding and developing ventures in skill development (EduJobs Academy), recruitment and staffing (2COMS), social enterprise (Care Netram), Apprenticeships (Train@Works), Work While you Learn Program (Jobs+ Degree Program), Gig Workforce Solutions (GUg4U) and International Mobility (Indiatalent).
