Rachel

Rachel Blum is a consultant and Senior Advisor for Youth and Workforce Development at Education Development Center (EDC).  With over 25 years international experience in over two dozen countries, she has designed, evaluated, and provided training and technical assistance to development programs seeking to integrate marginalized youth more effectively into markets. Prior to her consulting role, Rachel worked for USAID where she generated evidence and advised Missions on their youth and workforce development activities. Rachel holds an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
