Ragina Arrington, a leader in educational equity and philanthropy, rejoined the Clinton Foundation as CEO of CGI University. Her career spans significant roles, including Senior Director at Leadership for Educational Equity, where she oversaw vision and strategy across several regions. At Teach For America, New York, as Director of Community Partnerships, she fostered relationships to enhance teaching and increase diverse applicants. Her DEI work extended nationally, facilitating learning for educators on systemic oppression. With Unboxed Philanthropy Advisors, she directed partnership strategies, aiding stakeholders in achieving social justice goals. Previously at CGI U, she advanced diversity outreach and managed the University Network, supporting student projects with over $3 million in mentorship and funds.
