Rebecca Villalobos is the founding partner of sustainability consulting firm Earthly Strategies and a social and environmental sustainability expert specializing in corporate sustainability and responsible supply chains.
She has been working in the social enterprise and green economy movement for most of her career, specifically within the transition minerals space, and has spent the last decade leading sustainability programs and developing initiatives for major companies, non-profits and industry associations such as: Mejuri, Tiffany & Co., Pact’s Moyo Gems, RESOLVE and the Trafigura Foundation.
She also collaborates with UK-based advisory firm, Human Level, advising companies on a spectrum of human rights issues and due diligence - including companies like Newmont and Amazon Whole Foods Market. She holds a master’s degree in social enterprise from American University’s School of International Service and resides in Brooklyn, New York.
