Thriving Futures: Unleashing Climate-Smart Economic Opportunities to Build Youth Resilience
Romeo Chinoda is a young Agricultural Economist with a huge passion for data analytics and has over 9 years of experience in M&E. Romeo holds an MSc degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics and is currently pursuing an MSc degree in Big Data Analytics. He has worked for Fintrac Inc under the Zimbabwe Agricultural Incomes and Employment Development (Zim-AIED) program and Feed the Future Livestock Development (FTFZ-LD) program, both funded by USAID, from 2013- 2020 before joining Chemonics International in 2020. Currently, Romeo is the M&E officer for the five-year USAID-funded Feed the Future Zimbabwe Fostering Agribusiness for Resilient Markets (FTFZ- FARM) Activity, implemented by Chemonics. Over the past decade, Romeo has been involved in project and program monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, including tracking gender-sensitive performance indicators to promote gender and youth integration within smallholder communities.
