Working in the areas of Business Development, Education, TVET, Skills, and Human Capital Development for over 25 years, Shukhrat has been exposed to variety of international projects, research and development activities in the Education, TVET, Employment and Skills sectors. Shukhrat has several years' experience in management of and consultancy to donor and international lending agency funded projects in Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. He holds an MBA from Exeter University, UK, Professional Certificate in M&E “Human Capital Investment and Planning” from Pearson, UK and “Project Management Qualification (PMQ)” from Association of Project Managers, UK.
