Over 19 years providing strategic leadership, management and technical knowledge to ensure the delivery of high-quality programming in development programs management covering areas of agriculture, economic empowerment, market systems development, private sector development, inclusive agribusiness, water-sanitation and food security, and youth and women empowerment. Currently, I provide technical and managerial leadership for the multi-country 2SCALE (Incubating and accelerating Inclusive agribusiness in Africa) programme implemented in 9 African countries by IFDC-SNV-BoPinc consortium, focusing on engaging private sector/agrifood companies to include youth in employment and entrepreneurships in agribusiness.

As a youth inclusive business expert, I deploy innovative strategies to balance private sector interests with the empowerment of young entrepreneurs in the areas of agricultural production, supply chain management, agro-processing and post-harvest handling, green innovations, value chain financing, agrimarketing and youth marketable skills development. Other roles and experience includes but not limited to providing technical leadership, program management, and implementation, fostering partnership and collaboration, learning, and adaptation, overseeing technical teams, and managing finances and donor compliance. My education background includes degrees in agricultural sciences, rural development and agribusiness and ongoing post-graduate in international development practice.
