Tom Kipruto is a mixed-method researcher with over a decade of experience in development programs including adolescent and youth programs (AYP). He specializes in data-driven strategies to enhance stakeholder decision making in development programs. His expertise also revolves around designing enterprise-level information systems that facilitate real-time data analysis for decision-making and measuring impact through data. He has led RCT and quasi-experimental studies focusing on adolescents and youth, significantly improving program impacts. His dedication to evaluation and analysis fuels his passion for youth programming. Through the GIRL-H impact evaluation and other projects in the Global South, he is passionate about measuring youth impact in challenging environments.
